• What are your minimum order quantities?
• Our minimum order quantity for deliver is one full pallet which can be made up of mixed product. Our minimum order quantity per product is 180 litres. If you have a specific need send us an enquiry and we will get back to you with full details.

• What are your pallet quantities?
• 10 litre – 4 layers x 18 = 72
  5 litre – 5 layers x 23 = 115
  2.5 litre – 6 layers x 40 = 240

• What is your lead time for deliveries?
• 7 days.

• Do your products contain any allergens?
• In some cases yes, however all allergens are clearly marked on the label.

• Do you carry out regular testing for pathogens and other microbes?
• Yes our products are regularly tested by external accredited laboratories.

• Do you have any professional body certification?
• Yes, we operate a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and we are BRC accredited.

• Do you use any genetically modified products?
• No. We are a GMO free factory and all our products are produced using 100% rape seed oil.

• Do you have a quality / traceability procedure in place?
• Yes. All products are coded from the point of manufacture and we have a complete HACCP procedure in place as part of our BRC accreditation. A retained sample of each batch produced is held on site for 12 weeks.

• Are you able to carry out development work on behalf of customers?
• We specialise in new product development and have fully qualified staff who can help you with any technical questions you may have. We have produced hundreds of bespoke products for customers over the years and would be happy to work on any brief you may have.
